The Annual Papiya Ghosh Memorial Award Function instituted at the History Department of Patna University ( Bihar, India) , where she last taught, by the Purnujjal Papiya Ghosh Memorial Trust, for toppers in the MA History Course , was held on 4th December 2024 under the leadership of Dr. Deepti Tiwari, Head of the Department.
Gold Medals and Cash Awards were given to Aditi Kashyap for the 2021- 23 Course and Kajal Kumari for the 2022-24 Course respectively.
The Function was attended by senior functionaries of the Patna University, former colleagues of Papiya Ghosh, students, interested academics and media personnel .
